I knew I could count on Amy to answer any of my questions. When I texted/emailed her, I got very timely (if not immediate) responses. She made the process very easy for me at a difficult time - it was greatly appreciated.

When I was originally searching I kept seeing very high reviews for the brokers out of the Sarver office of C21, so when I later received a personal recommendation for Amy, that cemented my decision. I reached out to Amy directly - as she was the manager of the office I did not want to assume that she would be available for my needs - and asked for an in-office referral if she was unavailable herself. She immediately took care of us and never even blinked over our budget/circumstances.

Amy was a dream to work with. As first time homebuyers we had about a million questions and concerns and she dealt with it all beautifully. She walked us through the process, explained everything, and gave us resources for further research when we wanted it. She is very knowledgeable about the area and was so helpful at keeping our focus where it was important.

When we found the right house she kept us on track with the process without being overbearing, and got us in touch with local contacts as needed - all of whom have been great people who do great work. I absolutely feel like she had our best interests at heart and was open and communicative about everything throughout the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking.
